Helpful Information
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to adjust and relax before your treatment. Please note that our treatments are precisely scheduled so if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your service. As a courtesy to other guests, please either turn your cell phone off or put it on vibrate. Also, please inform us of any medical or special needs at time of booking.
Cancellation/Late Policy
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is strictly adhered to and we require a 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service. Please note that should you be 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment, that appointment may be cancelled so as not to disrupt following appointments.
Child Care
If you need childcare during your service, call BAC Kids Club at (206) 842-5661 to make a reservation. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to get them checked in and comfortable. Reach BAC via the Web at www.bainbridgeathleticclub.com.
Gift Certificates
These are a lovely gift idea just because or for a special occasion. They are presented in a beautiful package with tissue and chocolate. They are transferrable and they may be used on skin care products and retail gifts as well as services. However, there are no refunds on gift certificates, sales are final.

Attire
Your treatment takes place in a private treatment room and a spa gown or robe is provided for your comfort.
